Momma’s Gluten Free Apple Crisp

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Grease 9×13 baking dish
  3. Peel and slice apples thin and line bottom of baking dish
  4. Combine cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle evenly over apples
  5. Sprinkle oats evenly over apples, cinnamon, and sugar
  6. Top with one package gluten free yellow cake mix
  7. Melt one stick butter
  8. Poke fingers in cake mix and pour butter over the top
  9. Bake until golden brown (approximately 30-45 minutes)
  10. Let cool for 10 minutes
  11. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
